Parikalpa graduated from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar as a Bachelor of Technology in IT. Hardworking and tenacious, she aced all her subjects and was one of the toppers in her branch. She started her career in 2010 as IT Consultant with Zensar Technologies, Pune. Later she moved to Bengaluru and continued working with Zensar Technolgies and CISCO as SFDC Consultant. During her ~10 years of IT career she proved herself at every phase with outstanding contribution to her team and organisation. Having said that, in 2019 she had to take a break from IT to take care of her infant and family. Her sacrifice was truly commendable but at the same time she was thriving and working towards making her passion of starting her own venture. In 2019 she opened her first F&B company naming PulpyShots (manufacturing and selling natural cold pressed fruit beverages) with multiple outlets and corporate tie ups in Bengaluru. Due to COVID she had to shutdown the same but her passion didn’t stop there. She and her better half Kirti Das (a technocrat in a reputed MNC) were always passionate about Education and Luxury Salon & Spa. In 2022 it was the time when the whole experience left her exasperated & motivated with a desire to start two more firms. First being franchise owner of Kid's Concept which is into after school education domain. Both her parents and in-laws being from teaching fraternity, it was always a dream to follow their footsteps. With an intent to make everyone feel the best version of themselves, in April 2022 she and her sister-in-law Chinmayee Das (Co-Founder) laid the foundation of a luxury salon with a brand name Urban Serene Unisex Salon & Spa under Tisha Services LLP (named after her daughter Kritisha and her niece Nitisha). Her younger sister Sankalpa Dash definitely played a vital role to motivate her to start this luxury salon as she is always into the vogue and admired latest fashion. The name was suggested to provide customers a great aesthetic appeal and a serene atmosphere with top notch services.
Chinmayee started her first business with Parikalpa in the heart of Bangalore in March 2022, combining years of experience and passion for hair and beauty. Creating a space filled with good vibes, where everyone is welcomed and loved.
